In the most rural parts of Romania, it’s not uncommon to find wild horses bound by chains.
These harsh restraints keep the poor animals from escaping back to the wild.
Ovidiu, a veterinarian working with international animal aid group Four Paws, found a horse who had been wearing chains for
years. He immediately released the helpless creature from it’s shackles and was shocked to see the thankful horse’s response.
