There’s not much any animal rescue service can do when they find a dog that’s almost starved to death, so abused that its organs were already shutting down and its spirit and a will to live all but gone.
However, these guys took Angel in and gave her more love in one day than she felt in her entire life. Just one look at her thin, beaten up body and tears began rolling down my cheeks, but somehow she found enough strength in her to keep fighting.
