When these guys saw a baby turtle during their Maldives vacation, they thought it would be an awesome opportunity to swim with it. Unfortunately, when they got closer, they got a bitter realization of what we’re doing to our planet. The joy ride turned into a rescue mission.
This adorable creature got entangled in a huge piece of fishing net and has been towing it for days. The turtle was quickly brought on board and laid on its back so it can be saved. Just how big of relief it was to finally be able to swim freely again is clear from the last seconds of this video.
