There’s a fine line between doing research and traumatizing monkeys for no good reason, however you’ll have to admit it, these Langur monkeys have more humanity then most people.
BBC recently tried to get up close and personal with these amazing animals by sending in a spy, a robotic monkey equipped with cameras and even capable of making facial expressions. The trick worked so well that the monkeys accepted the robot as one of their own, but things got a little bit too real when they accidentally dropped it to the ground and thought they killed it.
