Becoming an expert in raising a starling was a steep learning curve, but one year later, here’s what it looks like…
On June 16th, 2014, Susan Hickman found a cracked bird’s egg-laying on the ground. Surprisingly, the little chick inside was unharmed and had just begun to hatch. She looked around for the nest it may have fallen out of, but she saw nothing. The rest of the story restored my faith in humanity.
Rather than giving up on it, she dedicated a year of her life (thus far) to taking care of and raising the little starling chick she named Klinger the best she could. Becoming an expert in raising a starling was a steep learning curve, but one year later, here’s what he looks like.
Wonderful job!! You should be so proud! Thank Goodness for humane people like you. Your world is beautiful!! I don’t know you, but I LOVE YOU!!
This is the most beautiful video I have ever seen in my life.
