This mother documents an emotional message before giving her son up for adoption…
We can agree that life is unfair, so many problems and tough situations need some serious decisions to make. However, for this mom, she had to do the hardest thing you could think of. Just imagine giving your own son to another family.
When she found out that she was pregnant Hannah Mongie and her husband decided to make the hardest decision ever and they recorded a youtube video explaining why.
You can hear the pain in her voice just by listening and she took this decision out of love for her baby.
Hannah in the video is telling her story of how she met Kaden the father back in 2013 and after 2 years of dating she found out that she was pregnant. She says : (to Tagg) “He loved you so much, from the very, very beginning”
On her eight-week checkup, she sent a recording of her son’s heartbeat to Kaden and he was overjoyed.
Unfortunately after 2 days the father’s heart basically stopped beating…
Hannah said: “From the day your daddy died, I had a hard time even considering placing you with a different family when you were my last piece of Kaden …But one day, I woke up and I just knew that you were supposed to be with someone else.”
Gladly Hannah found the fit couple to take care of her baby, Brad and Emily spent two weeks talking and knowing Hannah and she finally decided that they would make great parents for Tagg.
Hannah also said: “Over time, me and your mommy, Emily, became really, really good friends, and she’s one of my best friends now”
Brad and Emily are already in love with him says, Hannah. She was so sad, she kept telling Tagg repeatedly that she loves him, and the video stopped there.
She wrote in the caption: “I hope anyone who watches this will be able to gain a new perspective on what the birth mom goes through when she places her child for adoption. It is the FARTHEST thing from a heartless act. It shows (the) definition of love. To love someone this much is to give away your happiness for them”
Her story is so painful but full of love and kindness, she still has so much love and supports to give to her baby. However, since it is an open adoption she can see him frequently.
